Find Artists at Exhibitions

Looking into the past exhibitions and shows is going to be a great way of discovering new artists. Here are some suggestions:

  • Gallery spaces
    • Don't forget to look outside of Baltimore, too!
  • Small museums
  • Alternative art spaces (cafes, bars, etc.)
  • Non-profits that fund or show art--see who they have funded/show in the past
  • CVs or Resumes of artists you already know
    • See what shows they did and who else was in that show
  • Sondheim Artscape Prize

Find Art Fairs to Look At

Don't forget national and international artists! Here's a starting place towards discovering potential art fairs to look at. The library collects many of these catalogues, although a lot of the information is also found online.
