MICA's Student Counseling Center provides RIO: Recognition ~ Insight ~ Openness, a 3-part seminar series presenting strategies and exercises to help one look at issues in a new way, and to identify methods of dealing with things as they come up in life. Call 410/225-2367 for more information.
