Basic Instruction Request Process A-Z

1. Faculty member requests instruction on the Teaching Support page and Calendly, our online appointment software, assigns the session to the appropriate Teaching Librarian.

 

2. Teaching Librarian reaches out to the Faculty member to confirm:

  • Date and time of instruction
  • Any related assignments 
  • The course syllabus
  • Any Zoom or other online conferencing links
     

3.Teaching Librarian completes the Instruction Completion Form after the class is held.

  • 24% - Research Services Librarian (Chris Drolsum)
  • 20% - Special Collections Librarian (Kathy Cowan)
  • 12% - Collections Services Librarian (Deidre Thompson)
  • 12% - Digital Initiatives Librarian (Jennifer Ferretti)
  • 8% - Library Director (Heather Slania)
